Love Soaktown in Baldwin. Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. I changed my monthly plan and they were very prompt in responding to my request. I also lost my front license plate (my fault... I've had the plates for over 10 years and the holes were cracked). When I realized and went back, they went right in and found it. They're FANTASTIC!!

Amazing!!!! The service is great. The staff are always attentive and keep the line moving. The staff are also very courteous & professional. It’s a great value for the wash for what you pay for it. THANK YOU SOAKTOWN!! If you are in the area, also check out their Oceanside spot as well just as great.

Cheap wash, don't even have to get out of your car. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Machine not set up at all to do hatchbacks. Car looks worse than what I brought in. My gas door opened during the wash and there wasn't even an attendant at the exit doing any sort of quality control. Edit- I went to this same company's location last year in oceanside where they had a guy out there toweling off each car. They did not do a good job that time either. I thought hey, give em a year maybe standards will improve. Now there's no guy, and the owner says "maybe you're the problem, pay us more money please"

Love Soaktown!! So many benefits. The membership option is beyond wonderful. Close to home and convenient. Staff is always beyond friendly and I have to say this is the best car wash experience I enjoy.

I went to Soaktown yesterday for the first time. After one of the men explained the options to me he suggested I give it a try to see if the concept of express washing worked for me before signing up for a monthly unlimited service. No hard sell, nothing to make me uncomfortable. The wash left my car clean, sparkling and dryer than it ever was when gone over by two attendants with towels. The vacuum power was great, saving much time. I will be back to happily go unlimited.
